CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, a 29-residue peptide with a D-alanine at position 2 and a C-terminal amide. It is studied in vitro and in preclinical models of GHRH receptor binding and growth-hormone axis feedback. Supplied at 2mg as a lyophilised powder for in-vitro laboratory research only.
Growth-hormone-releasing hormone acts through the GHRH receptor, a G protein-coupled receptor on pituitary somatotrophs that signals mainly through cAMP. The native hormone is cleaved quickly by dipeptidyl peptidase IV. The D-alanine at position 2 and the other changes in this modified sequence are described in the literature as improving resistance to that cleavage, so the peptide lasts longer in culture media while keeping receptor binding.
Typical work includes receptor-binding studies, cAMP assays in transfected cell lines and growth-hormone release assays in primary pituitary cultures. Researchers also compare its stability against native GHRH and against the DAC-bearing analogue, using HPLC or mass spectrometry to follow intact peptide over time. It is supplied as a lyophilised powder.
Store the lyophilised powder cold, dry and protected from light, and allow the vial to warm to room temperature before it is opened. Reconstitute with an appropriate laboratory diluent and keep any reconstituted material cold.
Each lot of CJC-1295 without DAC is released with a certificate recording identity and purity. Enter the lot number printed on your vial on the lab testing page to view it.
The backbone is the same modified GRF 1-29 sequence, but this form carries no drug affinity complex. The DAC version adds a C-terminal lysine with a maleimide-based group reported to bind albumin and lengthen persistence.
It is a lyophilised powder in a 2mg vial. Keep it cold, dry and away from light. Reconstitute only when the material is needed, using a suitable laboratory diluent.
No. It is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not a medicine, food or supplement, and it is not for human or animal use. Buyers must be aged 18 or over.
