Research overview
BPC-157 + TB-500 Mixture is a fixed one-to-one pre-mix of two separately sold research peptides, supplied together in a single 10mg vial (5mg + 5mg). BPC-157 is a fifteen-residue gastric-derived sequence and TB-500 is an acetylated thymosin beta-4 fragment. Supplied as a lyophilised powder for in-vitro laboratory research only.
The two components are studied through different, partly overlapping routes. BPC-157 has been reported to influence nitric-oxide, growth-factor and cytoskeletal signalling in endothelial cells and fibroblasts. TB-500 contains the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4 and is used in actin dynamics and cell migration work. A combined vial lets both peptides be applied to the same culture at a fixed ratio, which is convenient when comparing each peptide alone and together.
Laboratory designs include scratch-wound and transwell migration assays, endothelial tube formation, and expression analysis of migration and matrix genes, with the pre-mix compared against each peptide used alone. Analytical groups also use it to test chromatography methods that must resolve two peptides. The product is supplied as a lyophilised powder, with 5mg of each peptide.
